Caramel-y, chocolaty, chewy and festive, with a nutty crunch; they’re tasty, sure — but perhaps what these toffees really have going for them is their ease of preparation. I never thought ‘I’d’ be making toffee.. It’s just too much technique and that ain’t my style.
