I thought I crossed over from an amateur kitchen cook to a fancy self proclaimed chef when I made croissants.
But making this pie, I now realize there really is no end to learning skills in the world of cooking! And I also realized I lack the “gentle touch” when it comes to handing doughs! 😛 After a few mishaps, I was able to produce a decent looking Spaghetti Pie! (more…)
