Paneer Pakoda ~ with a twist!

Paneer Pakoda or Cottage Cheese dumplings are perfect appetizers for a party or a perfect evening snack. The soft cheese is dipped in a chickpea flour batter and deep fried. Well – basically. But an innovative idea I had seen on TV compelled me to try this version. Not only am I frying the paneer pieces, but I’m even stuffing them with a spicy chutney! So when you bite the pakoda, you’ll come across different flavors and textures! 🙂 (more…)
