Pasta Primavera is a a quick pasta dish with a tonne of vegetables.
This pasta dish has a very interesting sauce-base. The sauce (if one might call it that) is made up of the reduction of the sauteed veggies.
Pasta Primavera is just that. Saute some veggies, flavor with pasta seasoning, add some flour and water to make a sauce-like consistency and add cooked pasta! As healthy as a weeknight meal can get. (more…)
