Dabeli Masala

Dabeli is the Indian version of a Sloppy Joe. Although restaurants offer this delicacy, it is best eaten from street vendors in Mumbai! ;) :D This Masala (powder) is what gives the stuffing the authentic Dabeli taste. I could have probably posted this with the Dabeli recipe itself, (coming up next) however, I’ve found this spice mix to go well on other stir fried veggies too!
