Pasta with Roasted Tomato Sauce

IMO, for a Pasta sauce, roasted tomato sauce > regular tomato sauce

Roasted tomato sauce recipe has changed my life forever.

Seriously, no drama.

The flavor – so much better, more intense and more fresh! A long roast lets the flavors of fresh  tomatoes slowly concentrate into a chunky sauce. This sauce bursts with the flavors of the summer! It is simple, for there aren’t too many ingredients to complicate the flavors.

Can you let me know how close to your version this recipe really is? 🙂 ) I do not claim authenticity of this recipe. But I do know and can vouch for its deliciousness!
