Rose Milk Ice Cream

Rose Milk essence is a really aromatic ingredient to use in desserts. This ice cream features the very same rose milk essence.

Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream – 1 liter (5 cups) (I used Amul Fresh Cream)
Sugar – 250 grams / 1 1/4 cup
Rose Milk Essence – 1 tablespoon
Rose Water – 2 tablespoon

Take whipping cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl and start beating it with a electric blender.

When it starts to thicken. Add rose milk essence and rose water and whip again.

Whip till it gets thick and creamy.

Transfer it to a freezer container (air tight) and freeze over night.

Scoop it and serve cold..

Enjoy this cold flavorful ice cream.

  3. How does Amul work when you whips it. Do u use it chilled. The fresh cream I cannot whip at all. No matter what I have tried chilling all my equipment and cream. I even tried beating on ice. Can you please explain what jadooo u do?

    1. it whorks for me.. the cream, the bowl and the whipper has to be extremely chilled. Also keep the bowl on ice to maintain the chillness while whipping
