Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold Aquafaba liquid
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 cup Vegan Milk Chocolate
- Powdered sugar – if required
Instructions
- To aquafaba liquid, add the cream of tartar
- Whip until you have stiff peaks
- Microwave until the chocolate is fully melted
- Let the chocolate cool a bit
- Add the whipped aquafaba to the chocolate
- Gently fold in the aquafaba into the chocolate
- Pour into serving glasses
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Freeze until set (around 4-5 hours)
- Serve!
Notes
If you’re using dark chocolate, you will need to sweeten the mixture. Add powdered sugar (as required) and whip the aquafaba before folding into the chocolate mixture
