Fresh Garlic Chutney

Just a quick recipe. The aroma of garlic is unmistakable! I love anything with garlic and love spicing all my dishes with this chutney. You can make this in large quantities and store in the refrigerator for upto 2 weeks.

FRESH GARLIC CHUTNEY RECIPE

(Print this recipe)

Ingredients
Garlic Cloves – 1 cup, peeled
Red Chili Powder – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tablespoon
Salt – 1-2 teaspoons/ to taste
Water – 1/4 cup

Method
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender

2. Blitz away….. i.e Grind to a fine paste

3. Use as required.
Tips
– You can peel garlic easily if soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
