  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
  • a pinch of Sea Salt (optional)

Note – Brown Sugar

  • If possible, try to get smaller granules / powdered brown sugar. If not, it is okay. You just have to stir well for it to dissolve

  1. Add butter to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until it is melted
  2. Add brown sugar to the butter and mix well. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar somewhat dissolves into the butter.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix furiously well. Make sure the sugar is evenly distributed.
  4. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stop in between once, stir well and microwave again for 2 minutes. The color turns into a deep amber color like a caramel sauce.
  5. Add some fresh cream and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and let it cool completely.
  6. Pour into a glass / air tight jar. Store this in the refrigerator.
  7. Whenever you want to use, you can remove and take spoonfuls of he sauce and microwave for 10 seconds to loosen it up. That’s it! Enjoy!
