Ingredients
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- a pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
Note – Brown Sugar
- If possible, try to get smaller granules / powdered brown sugar. If not, it is okay. You just have to stir well for it to dissolve
Instructions
- Add butter to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until it is melted
- Add brown sugar to the butter and mix well. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar somewhat dissolves into the butter.
- Add condensed milk and mix furiously well. Make sure the sugar is evenly distributed.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stop in between once, stir well and microwave again for 2 minutes. The color turns into a deep amber color like a caramel sauce.
- Add some fresh cream and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and let it cool completely.
- Pour into a glass / air tight jar. Store this in the refrigerator.
- Whenever you want to use, you can remove and take spoonfuls of he sauce and microwave for 10 seconds to loosen it up. That’s it! Enjoy!
