Amazing Microwave Cleaning Tips To Make Your Oven Shine Like New!

A chocolate cake, cookies or your favorite paneer tikka – What can you not cook in a microwave? A caramel sauce, for example, is really easy to make in the microwave! You don’t have to worry about the sugar burning (in the traditional method). You can even cook rice dishes in the microwave!

Microwave eases all your effort in cooking delicious food. And the hardest part is after cooking. Yeah! You guessed it right. The challenge of CLEANING! The greasy and oily stains are a nightmare and cannot be removed easily. Let me share some amazing microwave cleaning tips and lessen your stress. Have a look!

What you will need –
  • Water
  • Microwave Safe Bowl
  • Vinegar or Liquid Soap
  • Lemon
  • Sponge
  • Paper Towels
The magic of steam:

Steam is one of the best ways to remove the greasy stains inside. Take a bowl of water and boil it. Transfer that water (while hot, without losing the steam) into a glass bowl (or any other microwave friendly bowl). Place this bowl inside and leave it until the steam cools down. The steam helps to loosen the stubborn food stains. Then the stains can be easily removed by wiping with a cloth, sponge or a paper towel.

You can use vinegar or liquid dish soap instead of water and heat the bowl directly in the microwave.

Lemon:

Lemon is the most easily available ingredient in every kitchen. All you need is a lemon and a cup of water. Cut the lemon and squeeze it into the cup of water. Place this cup inside the machine and heat it high for two minutes until you see steam rising. Leave the cup in the microwave until it cools down. Then wipe up with a damp cloth. And….TADA! Your microwave is back to its glory.

Follow these tips and avoid excuses to clean. Happy cleaning! 🙂
