Tres Leches Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (or Ricotta Cheese) {*note 1}
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Milk Powder (plus more, if required)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Colorful Sprinkles / Funfetti (optional)

Note – Cream Cheese / Ricotta Cheese

  • If you don’t have these, you can simply grind some Paneer to smooth paste.

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add cream cheese, milk powder, condensed milk. Microwave for about 30 seconds.
  2. Beat well to get a creamy texture. Let it cool for a few minutes. Constantly stir the mixture to avoid formation of a skin. Add the vanilla extract when the mixture is warm and mix well
  3. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes or until you have a thick mixture that you can make balls out of. If you are in a hurry, add some more milk powder to bind it quickly.
  4. Roll into equal sized (about 1 tablespoon each) balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle colorful funfetti / sprinkles & serve!

Note

  1. Keep these fudge bites chilled at all times
  2. Alternatively, you can pour the mixture on a plate until it is set. Cut into small squares and serve.
  3. Since it is so rich, make small balls of the fudge. Noone can eat a lot of it at once
