You can assemble as many puris as you want. The recipe below is for 4 puris
- 4 pieces flat Puri or Papdi
- 4 tsp boiled & mashed Potao
- 4 tsp finely Chopped Onions
- 4 tsp Green chutney or Cilantro Mint Chutney (adjust to taste)
- 4 tsp Sweet Chutney or Tamarind Dates Chutney (adjust to taste)
- 4 tsp Sev (fried gram flour noodles)
- 2 tsp fried Chana Dal (split chickpeas) - optional
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Cilantro or Coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp roasted and broken Peanuts (optional)
- 1 Fresh Squeeze of Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder or Black Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsp sliced Raw Mangoes (when in season!)
